Its free! We will not release your email address to any other party. You will not be inundated with 'junk e-mail' - we anticipate that there will be no more than 4 newsletters per year (usually there are just 2). And we promise to take your name off our mailing list if you wish.

• Read Online (e-mail link to web page: under 5KB),
• Plain Text E-mail (text of entire newsletter in e-mail, but no photos: under 20KB), or
• Rich Text E-mail (text plus photos sent by e-mail: may be over 100KB)
