Here's another quick and easy dish that is in our vegetarian section of our menu at KLUB KOKOS. It may be easily converted to a meat dish if you so wish. Ingredients: long beans Method: 1. Chop vegetables into long matchsticks and wash in warm salted water.
Drain. Serve immediately with steamed rice. (Chicken, beef or pork may be added to this recipe if so desired. Meat should be cut into thin strips and added together with the garlic, etc. in Step 2, and cooked before adding vegetables.) SELAMAT MAKAN!
