With work continuing on the completion of the gallery at KLUB KOKOS, we have had to hold off on the completion of the library at the Sebali Primary School until the New Year. However, Cathy has now begun weekly English classes with students from Years 4, 5 & 6 at the school. We had a very successful integration of the students from Sebali with a school group from Mandurah, West Australia, that spent a day at the school in September after some communication through emailed letters before they made the trip to Bali.

Right: Two girls from Bangkiang Sidem that have just graduated from Primary School in their new uniforms for Junior High School. Gusti Ayu and Nyoman are being sponsored for their educational costs as they continue through secondary school.

Over the past months Cathy has been gathering donations of books and materials to be used in the school once the building has been completed, as well as financial support for its completion. We thank all of you who continue to show interest in our endeavour to improve the educational facilities of our small community here. For anyone interested in providing further assistance toward our library project for the Sebali Primary School, please contact us at cathy@klubkokos.com. Once the library is completed we will also welcome further donations of books and other reading materials and sports equipment for the children.
