Another of the favourites on our menu at KLUB KOKOS is one that can be found in most Indonesian restaurants throughout the world. This recipe is included with our newsletter at the request of a dear couple from New York that stayed with us for a few weeks in August and are looking forward to be able to try the recipe out in their own kitchen. Of course the ingredients below may not be available in their fresh form in your area of the world, but generally a hunt at your nearest Asian Supermarket will uncover dried equivalents that may be substituted to give a similar flavour. |
